Hannah Isn't Here is a short film released in 2023. The film follows a teenage boy on a family trip into the wild hills, who's strained relationship with his mother has him spiralling into paranoia with dangerous, almost supernatural consequences.

Working on this film as a 1st AC presented numerous challenges as the film was majority hand held, this presented difficulties when focus pulling as the blocking was less precise and harder to judge. For the interior shoots I also worked as a gaffer alongside the DOP to match the lighting of the studio to the stylised visuals of the rest of the film and the director's view.
